What you will do

Contribute to projects aimed at reducing scrap in the manufacture of driver assistance systems at the Ingolstadt site
Develop concepts and conduct feasibility analyses for new products, processes and technologies from technical and economic perspectives
Plan, set up and conduct technical trials in the grinding laboratory and in the testing and measurement laboratory to analyze the causes of quality deviations
Design, create and post-process 3D prints in additive manufacturing using FDM, SLA and inkjet processes
Clean, maintain and operate 3D printing systems
Evaluate test results and prepare technical documentation in German and English
Create and prepare presentations for various stakeholders

Degree studies in a technical engineering discipline, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials engineering or a comparable field
Confident use of MS Office
Basic knowledge of CAD applications
Interest in new technologies, innovative manufacturing processes and technical connections
Good German skills (B1-B2)
Good English skills (B1-B2)
