Internship Transaction Advisory Real Estate (f/m/d)

• Projects – You support investors and real estate companies in the preparation and execution of transactions. This includes share deals for real estate companies as well as asset deals for land and land portfolios.
• Diversity – You create feasibility studies, conduct independent research, develop business plans, elaborate transaction structures, assist in agreeing on appropriate transaction prices, and support companies in optimizing their real estate portfolios.
• Real Estate Management – You gain insights into consulting on real estate management related to corporate and real estate strategy, organizational structure, business processes, and the IT systems and applications used.
