Internship Turnaround & Restructuring Management (f/m/d)

• You support the project team in conducting turnaround and restructuring projects as well as insolvency proceedings.
• You contribute to comprehensive corporate analyses for restructuring concepts, liquidity planning, and going-concern forecasts.
• You actively assist in the preparation of financial and operational figures and support both the assessment of the economic situation and the identification of cost potentials and efficiency improvement measures.
• Furthermore, you work on the plausibilization of existing corporate planning and the development of integrated planning models (Financial Modelling) and independently conduct market and competitive analyses.
• You participate in the evaluation of business models and the creation of presentations.

• The internship in Restructuring and Turnaround Management can be completed with us with at least three completed semesters of a degree in economics, industrial engineering, economics, or law.
• Ideally, you have focused your studies on Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Management & Organization, or Insolvency Law and bring initial relevant professional experience through previous internships.
• You have already acquired a solid knowledge of common MS Office applications and particularly advanced skills in MS Excel.
• You have a command of German and English at C1 level.
• With your analytical thinking, high commitment, resilience, and motivation, you enrich every team and apply your communication skills in a targeted manner through your teamwork ability.
