You support your sales manager in managing their 4–6 stores and supervising up to 100 employees
In the process you learn our business from the ground up – from implementing our store concepts through analysis and optimization of key figures to topics of personnel planning and management
As an alternative to the mandatory internship we offer you the opportunity to gain initial insights into our sales division through a 4-week voluntary trial internship

Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL)
Committed, independent work style and desire for the dynamic world of retail
Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
Analytical skills combined with communication strength and team player qualities

Fair internship salary 1,300 €/month (for mandatory internship)
