- Supporting the design and implementation of digitalization and transformation projects in the Wolfsburg plant management environment
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing innovative solutions for digital transformation in vehicle manufacturing
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of communication and change initiatives
- Creating communication and implementation plans for different target groups
- Preparing information, analyses, and presentations for various stakeholders
- Supporting digital improvement measures from concept through implementation
- Supporting project coordination and tracking of measures
- Contributing ideas to further develop production, communication, and digitalization processes
What you need
- Students, including those on a gap year, studying media management, digitalization management, business administration, or a comparable subject
- Good to very good academic performance
- Initial knowledge of digital communication technology and change communication
- Initial experience in project management and presentation techniques
- Interest in digital applications and digitalization solutions
- German language level C1
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
