Key facts

Develop the automation layer on our ERP system.
Write Python scripts that pull and process data from internal and external APIs, Airtable, and our ERP interface.
Map end-to-end operational processes with the team, then design automations that handle every edge case.
Build an ops layer so non-technical colleagues can run and understand your tools without asking you.
Work directly with the Multi-Family Home team, business operations, and tech and product, and be the bridge between them.

A technical background in computer science or engineering (EEE, mechanical, or similar). Strong business profiles with real tech skills are welcome too.
Programming experience, ideally Python, and comfort working in a code repository (e.g., Git, GitHub, or similar).
Curiosity about how businesses actually run, and an eye for edge cases.
Clear communication, including explaining technical topics to people who don't code.
Fluent English. German is a plus.
Availability for a 6-month full-time internship, with the chance to stay on.
Nice to have: SQL experience.
