What you'll do
- Insight into the work of a corporate lawyer as a legal trainee in labour law and HR compliance, active collaboration and applying theoretical knowledge
- Advising HR and managers from the departments on labour law questions
- Independently clarifying abstract legal questions and giving opinions, and preparing expert reports
- Support in handling separation processes
- Accompanying and preparing labour court proceedings
- Independently creating and editing HR documents and draft employment contracts
- Support in company-wide implementation of changes in case law and legislation
- Close collaboration with our business lawyers and in-house counsel on labour law and the HR compliance system
What you need
- Successfully completed 1st State Examination in Law (grade at least "satisfactory")
- Ideally already a focus on labour law
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open and convincing personality
- Very good German skills, written and spoken
