What you'll do

Incoming and outgoing transfers: Handle transfers of securities accounts (CTO) and PEA with banks and brokers in France and Europe, from receipt of request to settlement of securities and cash.
Counterparty and client relations: Ensure smooth communication with counterparties (banks, brokers, custodians) and our clients, and manage the tracking of requests and follow-ups.
Controls and reconciliations: Verify securities and cash positions, reconcile movements with our custodian, and analyze discrepancies.
Management of suspense items and anomalies: Analyze unsettled or rejected instructions, identify their origin, and coordinate resolution with counterparties and internal teams.
PEA taxation: Control and integrate information slips (BI) to ensure continuity of the plan's tax history.
Registered securities: Process operations on registered securities (conversions, registrations, deletions).
Reporting and continuous improvement: Actively monitor SLAs and KPIs, write procedures, and identify automation opportunities.

Education: Master 1 or 2 in finance, banking, economics, or law (business school, engineering school, or university), in a gap year or recent Master's graduate, with the possibility of signing an internship agreement. For M1: your institution must allow a 6-month full-time internship (integrated semester or course exemption).
Languages: French native language (essential) and fluent English.
Experience: A first experience in banking, back-office, middle-office, or securities operations is a real asset, as is knowledge of PEA, post-trade, or Euroclear France.
Motivation: A genuine interest in capital markets and post-trade operations.
Analytical mindset: Rigor, attention to detail, and a taste for solving complex problems.
Tools: Good command of Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
