What you'll do
- You will engage and advise customers and potential customers and strengthen their loyalty to Vodafone.
- You will build detailed product knowledge to win customers over.
- You will take responsibility for achieving results and find the most efficient solutions.
- You will meet customers' individual needs.
What you need
- Enrolment at a university or other higher education institution.
- Ideally, experience in services or retail.
- Basic technical knowledge.
- An interest in telecommunications and a strong curiosity about new products and technologies.
- Enjoyment of sales.
- German skills suitable for business negotiations, according to the CEFR.
