Independent literature research on common primary packaging materials and designs for parenterals; Comparative sustainability assessment of selected primary packaging materials; Classification of production, transport, and disposal aspects; Investigation and comparison of various surface coatings; Evaluation of the interplay between functionality and sustainability

Enrollment at TU Braunschweig in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Process Engineering, Sustainable Energy Technology, Environmental Engineering, or similar field; Enthusiasm for topics in sustainability and pharmaceutical process engineering; Very good technical understanding and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas; Very good knowledge of MS Office package; Independent and conscientious work style, enjoyment in developing own solution approaches, reliability, and communication skills

Participation in innovative research projects with high practical relevance; Interesting insights into current research topics in sustainability assessment for pharmaceutical processes; Opportunity to conduct scientific papers (Bachelor's, study, Master's thesis)
