Student Assistant (m/f/d) Event Area XPERION

Guest experience: welcoming, answering questions, showing directions, creating atmosphere; Info point & cash desk: equipment management (e.g. controller rental), sales & cashier activities; Event support: preparation, execution & follow-up of events; set-up/dismantling of technology & furniture; Technology basics: check PCs, consoles & peripherals, solve minor problems quickly; otherwise escalate to IT/broadcast; Safety & order: support compliance with house rules, keep areas clean & ready for use; Teamplay: close exchange with location, event and broadcast team - help out wherever needed.

Enrolled student (m/f/d); First practical experience in service/retail, event or customer environment advantageous; Hands-on & proactive: you see tasks and take initiative; Very good German skills, basic English helpful; Tech-savvy: PC/console basics, quick troubleshooting; Flexible for afternoon/evening and weekend shifts; Nice to have: experience with broadcasting/streaming or cashier/ticketing systems.
