Supporting the 17-person IT department and assisting members by phone from the Münster location; making simple data corrections in the system and providing initial help with application problems.

Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences; very good German and English skills; creative approach to solving technical challenges; experience with common two-factor authentication apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy and LastPass Authenticator; calm, objective and solution-oriented approach to demanding phone conversations.
