Student Assistants for Hygrothermics

Creation of special test specimens and test setups for building physics investigations; preparation and execution of tests to determine thermal conductivity, compressive stress, driving rain tightness, air permeability, and resistance to static pressure loads; support in climate stress tests and documentation of test results.

Studies in civil engineering, building physics, architecture, or other construction-related fields; good MS Office skills; strong teamwork, communication skills, independence, and enthusiasm for scientific work; good German and English language skills both written and spoken; creation of graphical documentation and preparation of presentations; knowledge of SketchUp or AutoCAD is an advantage.
