Working Student Transport Management & Warehousing (m/f/d)

In the area of Transport Management

• Support in the creation and further development of KPI dashboards in Transport Management
• Participation in the preparation and analysis of logistics key figures and the creation of regular reports
• Support in ad-hoc evaluations, e.g. on transport volumes, special freight and operational logistics processes
• Participation in tender management and maintenance of transport-relevant data in the systems used

In the area of Warehouse Management

• Support in the maintenance and management of packaging master data
• Participation in the updating of packaging data in SAP, Excel and other logistics systems
• Support in the creation and maintenance of packaging materials in the PLM system
• Participation in the planning and optimization of packaging processes
• Support in evaluations and reporting on transport and packaging costs
• Creation and analysis of key figures on transport orders and lead times
• Lead time reporting transport orders WE and WA

• Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable qualification
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Interest in data analysis and logistics processes
• First experience with analysis and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau or Snowflake is an advantage
• Structured and analytical way of working as well as a high affinity for numbers
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
