What you will do

Supporting financial due diligence projects
Assisting with finance and controlling post-merger integration processes and tasks for new companies, joint ventures and acquisitions
Supporting purchase price allocation processes
Participating in restructuring projects
Developing standardized PMI lists for finance and controlling
Supporting and contributing to global financial and management reporting: planning, plausibility checks, consolidation, reporting and analysis of the Commercial Vehicle sub-group's financial information (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and notes) in accordance with IFRS
Preparing ad hoc analyses, taking on special topics and participating in various strategic projects

Studying business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting or finance, or a comparable field
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Very good knowledge of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Initial experience with business cases, due diligence, PPAs or company valuations is an advantage
Knowledge of ThinkCell, Copilot or other AI chatbots, as well as VBA macros, is an advantage
SAP knowledge is also an advantage, especially SAC, Analysis for Office and S/4HANA
Enjoyment of working with numbers and interest in technical controlling tools
Ability to focus on the essentials
