Working Student AI Strategy Support & Communication Strategy in IT Transformation (m/f/d)

• Support AI use case demand management by assisting with the conceptualization, documentation and organization of AI use cases at KB, such as improving data quality, clustering, building agents to evaluate AI use-case clusters and connecting data exchange between the AI inventory and internal reporting tool. Support the AI learning journey, overview, internal coordination and communication. • Support the conceptualization and implementation of AI strategy content for the intranet in web format, including calls to action and news; support community building and internal communication. Support communications, including PowerPoint presentations for the Executive Board and top management. • Support transparency regarding the benefits achieved with the Celonis process mining solution by collecting and consolidating benefits data, including actual figures and forecasts, across Knorr-Bremse, coordinating with business areas and functions. Drive consolidation and status updates for each work area. Take on Celonis administration tasks to ensure platform access and functionality. • Community and communication: support the preparation of agendas and collection of content for knowledge-sharing sessions promoting digitalization and innovation. Support the conceptualization and implementation of the communication strategy and communication plan.

• Studying business administration, industrial engineering or a similar subject • Very good written and spoken German and English skills • Very good Microsoft Office skills • Experience with AI is an advantage
