Internship Management Consulting Transformational Change (f/m/d)

After your onboarding, you will support as a valuable team member in our projects on topics such as change management, culture development, training, coaching, (large) group events, agile transformation and digitalization. You will actively participate in the conception, management, further development and evaluation of interventions in large-scale business transformations at BASF. Together we analyze trends and drive changes forward to continuously develop BASF's business units. You will support the user-friendly preparation, professional communication and implementation of our concepts for and with managers, e.g. in the form of presentations, meetings and workshops, whiteboard applications and web solutions.

Degree in psychology, social sciences, economics, humanities or communication sciences; at least 90 credits and enrolled at a university Practical experience in a management consulting environment, previous knowledge in change management, digitalization, personnel development and communication Enjoy independent work, good self-organization, analytical thinking, sense for design Very good knowledge of German and English as well as MS Office applications
