What you'll do
- Analyze application and user scenarios
- Plan, carry out and evaluate qualitative and quantitative usability tests, user experience tests and user research studies, and present the results
- Derive recommendations for improving the user experience
- Further develop UX research methods together with a motivated team of UX researchers
What you need
- Studies in psychology, business psychology, social sciences, human factors, cognitive science in at least the 4th semester, or a comparable degree program
- Confident use of MS Office
- Enjoyment of observing and analyzing
- Passion for current trends in UX, UCD, user research, etc.
