- Creating and preparing data for procurement projects
- Preparing supplier information
- Updating and maintaining SharePoint pages
- Preparing meetings, taking minutes and evaluating feedback
- Supporting supplier management and following up on projects
What you need
- Studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or a comparable subject
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intellectual curiosity, passion and determination to succeed
- Positive energy and willingness to take responsibility within projects
- Independent working style and communication skills
- Good SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Completed vocational training is desirable
