Working Student Indirect Procurement (m/f/d)

Support in international projects (data collection, stakeholder identification, documentation) Participation in supplier meetings and negotiations Contract management and creation of a stakeholder matrix (Top Requestor, Decision Maker, Budget Owner) Creation and preparation of data for procurement projects Continuous development of optimization potentials (especially development and maintenance of Co-Pilot agents and SharePoint sites) Preparation of supplier information Preparation of meetings, writing of minutes and evaluation of feedback Support in supplier management and project tracking

Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or comparable Very good German and English skills Practical experience in a strategy consulting environment, ideally at a leading consultancy or comparable analytical experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Initial knowledge in creating AI agents (preferably in MS Co-Pilot) Intellectual curiosity, passion and will to succeed Positive energy and willingness to take responsibility within projects Independent working style and communication skills Good knowledge of SAP an advantage
