Intern Restructuring & Transformation (m/f/d)

Supporting project management in planning, controlling, and implementing transformation and restructuring projects; Creating analyses, presentations, and decision templates for management; Independent research and preparation of data for evaluation of business areas, sites, and processes; Participating in project coordination and tracking of measure packages; Contributing own ideas and impulses for further development of methods and tools; Active participation in exciting projects in the field of business transformation and restructuring; Gaining practical insights into transformation and restructuring processes

Studies in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field; First practical experience in consulting, strategy, project management, or business transformation; Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues understandably; Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; High affinity for data and numbers; First knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage; Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working; High degree of initiative, commitment, and teamwork skills
