Talent Acquisition Internship (m/f/d)

You spend 80% of your first months sourcing talents via our various channels. You also conduct initial screening interviews; You systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets; You actively contribute design ideas for our channel mix to attract talents to our TA strategy.

Want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg); Have a demonstrably strong interest in people, recruiting/sales, i.e., you have an active TikTok/IG account, organize events, or were a professional athlete; Can commit to an internship period of at least 6 months; Possess high resilience in direct approach, act confidently, and work result-oriented; Want a very steep learning curve in the areas of methodology and technology-supported work.
