What you'll do

Quantify the market potential of our currently most strategically important new venture and conduct well-founded feasibility analyses in close collaboration with Enpal’s expert network.
Take full end-to-end ownership of initial project pilots in founder mode, from customer acquisition and project planning to operational support at construction sites.
Prepare strategic documents for C-level check-ins and directly support management in decision-making.
Design and implement scalable sales and operations processes to successfully roll out our products across Germany.
Moderate internal workshops to identify additional growth opportunities and improve collaboration across the organisation.

You are in an advanced stage of, or have successfully completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a top-tier business school.
You have work experience or internships in fast-growing companies such as startups or in management consulting.
You have a proactive and strongly solution-oriented approach to work.
You have a highly analytical approach and can break down complex problems and communicate messages in a structured, top-down way.
You have excellent practical judgement and the ability to consistently prioritise according to the 80/20 principle.
You are ambitious and highly responsible.
You set high quality standards for yourself and others and have a can-do attitude that motivates others.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
