What you'll do

Work closely with our external sales partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
Support the onboarding of new sales partners and help them become successful quickly.
Be the first point of contact for operational and organisational questions from our sales partners and support them in their day-to-day work.
Work closely with different teams and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our processes.
Analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of optimisation measures.
Evaluate relevant KPIs, prepare analyses and derive recommendations for action.
Lead daily meetings, coordinate open topics and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
Take responsibility for your own projects and drive them forward independently.

You are studying business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable degree programme, or have already successfully completed your studies.
You enjoy working with people and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
You have strong analytical skills and can support data-driven decisions.
You enjoy taking responsibility and approach topics independently and proactively.
You work in a structured and organised way and keep track of several topics at once.
Initial practical experience through internships, working student roles or your own projects is a plus, but not a must.
Excellent written and spoken German completes your profile.
