Sales associate - part-time / working student

• You advise our customers personally and find the right product together with them.
• You tell the stories behind our products and communicate Gusti Leder's values.
• You conduct sales conversations and operate the cash register system.
• You present our bags and accessories in an appealing and creative way.
• You replenish stock and ensure a well-maintained and welcoming store.
• You support sales-promoting activities and the daily processes in the store.
• You work closely with the store manager and your store team.

• You enjoy sales and personal contact with customers.
• You approach people openly and empathetically and are a good listener.
• You are enthusiastic about individual advice and authentic storytelling.
• You have an eye for aesthetics, product presentation and detail.
• You work reliably, in an organized way and enjoy working in a team.
• You are open to digital cash register systems, merchandise management systems and digital tools.
• You have good German skills; English skills are desirable.

Training or professional experience in retail is helpful, but not a requirement. Career changers from gastronomy, hospitality, services or another customer-focused industry are also welcome.
