Mandatory Internship in the Human Resources Department (m/f/div.)

Support HR business partners across operational and administrative HR activities, including occupational reintegration and workplace health management; support HR projects, internal communication and qualification initiatives; contribute to the design, preparation and delivery of internal and external training; help maintain the learning advisers’ network and archive historically relevant artwork and documents; collaborate with various interfaces and management levels at the site.

Degree studies in business administration, psychology, social sciences, law or a comparable field; ideally initial practical experience in the workplace or human resources; confident use of MS Office; independent, structured, solution-oriented and reliable working style; very good German and good written and spoken English; enrollment at a university or college.
