• Understand and shape accounting: You support your team in implementing international accounting standards and gain deep insights into complex accounting issues.
• Actively improve financial processes: Together with your colleagues, you work on optimizing organization, processes, and systems in the finance area – recognizing opportunities, assessing risks, and helping to further develop structures.
• Rethink CFP areas: You are involved in developing a future-proof Target Operating Model for the CFP area – and contribute to its practical implementation.
• Optimize treasury and reporting: Whether closing processes or corporate treasury – you are there when we analyze and modernize existing structures. You also support the digitalization of CFO reporting.
• Inspiration in the team: In interdisciplinary teams, you contribute your ideas, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop professionally and personally.

• Theory meets practice: You are studying economics or business informatics – and have successfully completed at least three semesters.
• Focus with impact: Your focus is on Accounting, Controlling, Corporate Treasury, or a related area – and that's exactly where you want to dive deeper.
• Experience that counts: You ideally already bring a minimum 3-month internship or a 6-month working student activity in the area of Finance, Accounting, or audit-related consulting.
• Interest that drives you: You have a strong interest in finance-oriented processes and systems and like to work in a structured and analytical manner.
• Linguistically fit: You speak fluent German at least at C1 level and can also communicate well in English at least at B2 level.
