What you'll do
- Support with AI use case demand management: designing, documenting and organizing AI use cases, plus support with the AI learning journey, overview, internal coordination and communication
- Support in designing and implementing AI strategy content for the intranet, building communities and internal communication, including PowerPoint presentations for the Board and top management
- Support in creating transparency on the benefits achieved with the process mining solution Celonis, including data collection, consolidation and taking over Celonis admin tasks
- Community and communication: support with the agenda and content for know-how sessions and with the communication strategy and plan
What you need
- Studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with AI is an advantage
