Working Student as Coach in Innovative Education Center (all genders)

• Coordination and support of self-learning activities

You coordinate the self-learning activities of the young people and provide active support. This includes reviewing work results and providing constructive feedback and advice on creating individual learning plans.

• Promotion and motivation for workshops

You advertise upcoming workshops and motivate the young people to participate in order to promote their learning and development goals.

• Administrative and technical support

You check the attendance of the young people and forward technical or content-related problems in the delivery of learning content to the appropriate places. You also support the core team with acquisition tasks.

• You have completed at least one successful semester of a Bachelor's degree
• You have experience working with young people and are willing to work afternoons and Saturdays
• You are interested in or have initial knowledge in topics such as animation, drawing, graphic design, programming, 3D modeling, robotics, game development, or photography
• You convince with strong communication skills – both in German and English
• You are an analytical team player who can organize work processes independently and in a structured manner
