Further development and optimisation of reporting structures in the area of BID management
Support for team and department heads in creating presentations and organising appointments
Preparation of documents, figures and reports for operational decisions
Participation in organisational tasks and coordination of project topics within the department

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
Routine use of MS Office applications, especially very good knowledge of PowerPoint and a high affinity for numbers
First previous experience from the industrial sector desirable
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Reliable and independent way of working

Attractive remuneration of €18.14 per hour
Flexible working hours of up to 20 hours per week, or 35 hours per week during semester breaks (flexitime model)
