Werkstudent Central Quality Systems and Audits (m/f/d)

• Continuous optimization and further development of the process and document management system for recording the management systems IATF 16949 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 45001 (occupational safety), and ISO 50001 (energy management)
• Support in maintaining and optimizing the digital audit management system
• Introduction of the process management and audit management software at other production sites of the corporate group
• Support for various departments in modeling corporate processes according to the BPMN 2.0 modeling language
• Support for key users & users of the process, document, and audit management system software at domestic and international locations
• Participation in Industry 4.0 projects (including the digitalization of processes through the establishment and introduction of digital workflows)

• Ongoing studies in engineering / industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or similar
• Knowledge in the field of (integrated) management systems based on the standards IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 50001
• Basic knowledge of quality tools: MSA, FMEA, 8D, ...
• Knowledge in the area of organizational structure and processes
• IT affinity and experience in dealing with IT systems
• Interest in the automotive supply industry
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Friendliness, helpfulness and persuasiveness
