Working Student - Controlling & Strategy (m/f/d)

You actively support strategic business partnering and work closely with management and decentralized managing directors to further develop the portfolio strategy. You assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and the reconciliation of financial information between central and decentralized departments. You contribute to the analysis and preparation of management reporting for actuals, forecasts, and budgets and support the implementation of processes and tools for monitoring financial performance. You accompany the budget planning process and support with analyses for management and the executive board. You actively engage with AI tools and agentic systems – from assessing concrete use cases to supporting their implementation into existing workflows.

You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Digital, or Media, and can support us with 16–20 hours per week. You are interested in media, digital, and platform-based business models as well as strategic issues in a dynamic market environment. First practical experience in financial controlling, accounting, or consulting (e.g., through internships or working student positions) is an advantage. You convince with your team orientation and communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate across departments. You ideally have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as financial systems and BI solutions; additional knowledge of SAP, TM1 PafE, and Miro is a plus. Very good German skills in both spoken and written round off your profile.
