What you will do
- Supporting the Customer Service team and improving master data
- Independently entering and maintaining telematics, service contract, vehicle, and service partner data
- Conducting online training for service partners on using the service partner platform
- Revising and updating the Excel tool for calculating service contract rates and the maintenance cost calculator
- Cleaning up and rebuilding the document filing structure
- Contributing current methods, tools, and knowledge from your studies
What you need
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM is desirable
- Interest in exceptional XXL industrial vehicles
- Commitment, initiative, and enjoyment of independent work
- Careful and responsible working style
