What you'll do
- Design: Create 3D models and 2D drawings of fixtures, tools and equipment using Solid Edge CAD software, taking account of industry and company standards, dimensions and materials
- Technical solutions: Develop fixture solutions with internal customers and support implementation through to commissioning
- Documentation: Create operating instructions, manufacturing drawings, parts lists and maintenance plans
- Improvement: Take part in initiatives across departments to improve processes
What you need
- Enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering or a similar technical subject, ideally with a completed apprenticeship as a technical product designer
- Initial experience with CAD tools such as Solid Edge or similar systems, and good MS Office skills
- An open, outgoing personality with good communication skills in German
- An independent, structured approach to work and strong technical understanding
