What you will do

You build lead lists and outbound campaigns for our customers in Clay and other modern GTM tools.
You enrich data and use AI to research relevant signals such as funding, job changes, or software in use.
You write personalized outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn.
You automate recurring processes with n8n, Claude Code, or similar tools.
You work closely with our GTM engineers and contribute your own ideas to the internal GTM playbook.

German at C2 level: You speak and write German confidently and persuasively because our customers are based in the DACH region.
Studies: You are enrolled at a university and can work 15 to 20 hours per week, ideally for at least 12 months.
Technical mindset: You are not afraid of new tools and learn Clay, n8n, or Claude Code quickly, or have already worked with them.
Way of working: You think analytically, work in a structured way, and tackle problems independently without waiting for instructions.
Motivation: You want to learn GTM engineering from the ground up and grow with us over the long term.
