Working Student Human Relations - Regional HR Team (f/m/d)

You want to score with your communication skills and accompany our regional HR teams? Then support our team starting 1.1.2027: Onboarding: As a working student in Human Relations for the regional HR team (f/m/d), you organize and accompany the onboarding of new employees at our monthly Welcome Day. Support in Daily Business: You support the regional HR manager and, if applicable, HR specialists in the operational daily business on topics related to employee support. HR Work: You gain insights into all aspects of modern HR work – from onboarding through support during employment to exit. Project Support: You accompany exciting projects as well as regional training sessions. Administrative Support: In addition, you actively assist in all organizational and administrative tasks using SAP.

Studies: You will become a working student in Human Relations - Regional HR Team (f/m/d) with at least three completed semesters of a degree in (business) psychology, economics, or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on HR. Experience: Ideally, you bring initial relevant experience through a (commercial) apprenticeship and/or internships. Technical Skills: You are confident in using common MS Office applications. SAP knowledge is also desirable. Language Skills: You have very good German and good English skills. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and an interest in networking round off your profile. You are willing to support the regional team on-site at the branch office.
