What you'll do
- Receiving and handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and digital service channels
- Clarifying standard enquiries about orders, availability, delivery status, returns, complaints and general service processes
- Taking orders and entering and processing customer orders according to defined process rules
- Checking, maintaining and documenting customer information in CRM, telephony and back-office systems
- Complying with defined service levels, quality standards and documentation guidelines
What you need
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Completed vocational training is an advantage
- Confident use of common PC applications and digital tools
- Service-oriented manner when dealing with customers
