What you'll do
- Support international tenders and projects (data collection, stakeholder identification, documentation)
- Help create commodity group strategies
- Take part in supplier meetings and negotiations
- Create and prepare data for procurement projects
- Continuously develop optimization potential (especially building and maintaining Co-Pilot agents and SharePoint pages)
- Contract management
- Prepare supplier information
- Prepare meetings, write minutes and evaluate feedback
- Support supplier management and project follow-up
What you need
- Studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or similar (bachelor's or master's)
- Very good German and English skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- First experience creating AI agents (preferably in MS Co-Pilot)
- Intellectual curiosity, passion and drive to succeed
- Positive energy and willingness to take responsibility within projects
- Independent way of working and communication skills
