Working Student Real Estate Management and Digitalization (f/m/x)

What awaits you: - You support the digital transformation in the Real Estate Management department at the Dingolfing site. - You also contribute to the development of pragmatic, user-friendly digital solutions that support teams in daily work and accelerate processes. - Furthermore, you support the identification of new application possibilities for digitalization and AI within the department. - In addition, you will learn our real estate processes in detail to identify optimization potentials and translate them into concrete improvements. - You also contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and make a contribution to the digital further development in Real Estate Management. - Furthermore, you support the digital transformation with the preparation and implementation of coaching for employees. - Additionally, you support data preparation and population of systems.

What you bring: - Studies in computer science, engineering, or a comparable degree program. - Good knowledge of digitalization and use of artificial intelligence. - Structured and proactive approach as well as interest in data analysis and process optimization. - Teamwork skills and enjoyment of agile methods and team collaboration. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Copilot); knowledge of Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Python, or SAP IH an advantage. - First practical experience and experience in coaching employees and conducting training an advantage. - Good German and English skills.
