What you'll do
- Support international projects (data collection, stakeholder identification, documentation)
- Take part in supplier meetings and negotiations
- Contract management and creation of a stakeholder matrix (top requestor, decision maker, budget owner)
- Create and prepare data for procurement projects
- Continuously develop optimization potential (especially building and maintaining Co-Pilot agents and SharePoint pages)
- Prepare supplier information
- Prepare meetings, write minutes and evaluate feedback
- Support supplier management and follow up on projects
What you need
- Studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or a comparable field
- Very good German and English skills
- Practical experience in a strategy consulting environment, ideally at a leading consultancy, or comparable analytical experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of building AI agents (preferably in MS Co-Pilot)
- Intellectual curiosity, passion and drive to succeed
- Positive energy and willingness to take on responsibility within projects
- Independent way of working and communication skills
- Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
