Together with your team, you are responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of specialist events (webcasts, seminars, business breakfasts, workshops, etc.) and networking events, as well as their representation on the KPMG homepage.
You primarily support us in the implementation of live and virtual event formats.
In addition, you take on administrative tasks such as participant management, sending invitations, participant confirmations, as well as invoice creation and dispatch.
You create accompanying event materials such as landing pages, participant lists and name badges.
You take on research tasks for face-to-face formats and look after participants and speakers on site together with the event managers.

You will become a Working Student Marketing - Event Management (f/m/d) with us with a degree in communication, humanities, social or economic sciences or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on marketing, organization or event management.
Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in the field of marketing or event management through internships and/or a (commercial) apprenticeship.
Knowledge of project management is an advantage.
We require a confident command of common MS Office applications.
You have good English and very good German language skills.
