What you will do

LinkedIn management: You finalize and publish posts for our leadership team and the EVOLVE company page and add targeted comments across the network.
Project management: You manage our lead magnet and content projects from planning through publication and share responsibility for achieving the defined goals on schedule.
Instagram: You are responsible for EVOLVE's Instagram presence, brief the content creation process, and publish the posts.
Copy: You finalize marketing copy such as posts, lead magnets, and website content and ensure a consistent tone.
AI in marketing: You create landing pages and other marketing assets with AI tools and flexibly take on the tasks that arise in everyday marketing.

You are enrolled at a college or university and study a relevant subject, such as marketing, communications or media studies, business administration, or German studies.
You already have practical experience in social media management, ideally with LinkedIn and Instagram, for example through an internship, working student job, or personal projects.
You can demonstrate experience creating and publishing content through managed accounts or work samples.
You have coordinated marketing or content projects involving several people.
You use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or landing page builders confidently in your daily work.
You speak German at C2 level, both spoken and written.
You work in a structured way, take a proactive approach, and take responsibility for the quality of your results.
