Working Student (m/f/d) CoE Digitalization Reporting

You support the HR digitalization team in the configuration, maintenance and further development of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors. You actively work on projects for the digitalization of HR processes and support the recording, analysis and documentation of technical requirements. You support the execution of system tests, error analysis and the tracking of optimization measures in cooperation with HR and IT. You create evaluations, presentations and reports and prepare decision-making bases for ongoing projects and initiatives. You support the maintenance of process documentation, system descriptions and user guides for HR systems and digital processes. You contribute to the creation and updating of training materials, e-learnings and communication materials using modern IT tools such as Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams or AI-supported applications. You support the preparation, organization and follow-up of training sessions, workshops and information events for users of HR systems. You conduct research on current trends and best practices in HR technology, artificial intelligence and digital HR processes and contribute your own ideas for the further development of existing solutions. You support the team in day-to-day business with administrative and organizational tasks related to HR systems and digitalization projects.

You are studying business administration, business informatics, HR management or a comparable degree program. You are enthusiastic about digital technologies, HR systems and the future of HR work. You think analytically, work in a structured way and enjoy preparing complex issues in an understandable manner. You use Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 applications confidently in your studies or work. You are interested in data, reporting and process optimization. You like to try out new tools and technologies, especially AI applications, and contribute your own ideas. You work independently, reliably and take responsibility for your tasks. You enjoy teamwork and communicate openly and professionally with various contacts. Good German and English skills round off your profile.
