Working Student (m/f/d) Branch Management / Store Operations

• Support stores: You support the management of 5–6 stores and work with the team to ensure that processes, standards and procedures function properly.
• Understand key figures: You work with sales, inventory and reporting, identify developments and derive suitable measures together with your team lead.
• Communicate & coordinate: You are a contact person for our store teams and work closely with various departments at headquarters.
• Take on organization: You coordinate store-related topics, keep track of outstanding tasks and ensure structured processes and documentation.
• Get to know leadership: You accompany discussions with store managers and team leads and gain practical insights into leading and developing teams.
• Take on your own projects: As you gain experience, you independently take on your own topics and projects, for example when opening a new store.

• Business studies: Ideally, you are studying business administration, economics, retail management or a comparable degree program.
• Organizational talent: You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep track even when several topics are pending at the same time.
• Analytical thinking: You have a good understanding of numbers and an interest in key figures and economic relationships.
• Communication skills: You approach people openly, communicate in a solution-oriented way and enjoy working with different teams.
• German & English: You can communicate confidently in both languages, both spoken and written.
• Experience is not a must: You do not need extensive experience in retail. What matters more to us is your willingness to learn, initiative and interest in taking on responsibility.
