What you will do

  • Support in the preparation of subject-specific certification projects as well as department-specific and hospital-wide improvement projects in the area of quality and clinical risk management
  • Collaboration in the planning and evaluation of internal QM audits
  • Support in the planning, execution, and evaluation of patient, referrer, emergency service, and customer surveys
  • Support in the area of opinion management
  • Creation and review of structured, statutory quality reports
  • Monitoring of the quality management manuals of BG Klinik Ludwigshafen
  • Support in the introduction of a new document management system

What you need

  • You are a student (m/f/d) of a business administration degree program, at least in your third semester, with a focus on healthcare
  • You have good IT skills, communication skills, and a high degree of teamwork ability
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, and the quality of your work is important to you
  • You are enthusiastic about topics in quality and clinical risk management and are eager for new tasks and challenges to help shape your work environment with good ideas
