- Recording customer requirements and ensuring timely delivery
- Planning the corresponding transport resources
- Assistance in creating delivery documents
- Consignment stock – provision of parts for contract manufacturers
- Scheduling of consignment stock parts and monitoring of delivery dates
- Support of customer contacts in daily work (appointment tracking with production and scheduling)
- Assistance in price maintenance at quarterly and annual changes
- Assistance in creating credit and debit notes
- Maintenance of material masters in SAP/APO for changes and new creations (workflow)
- Creation of evaluations
What you need
- Field of study: Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration with focus on Logistics
- Interest in logistical processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good English skills
- Good MS Office skills
