As a full member of our IT department you support our colleagues in IT support as well as at our service point (TechLounge)
You take care of delivery, setup and relocation of IT equipment and handle the receipt and return of hardware
You also handle requests and incidents from our employees in 1st level support
You carry out Windows / iOS installations and take care of patching network reports when installing client hardware at employees' workplaces

You are an enrolled student, interested in technical IT topics, and want to support us 15-20 hours per week
You are passionate about IT and, as a digital native, have a good technical understanding
Dealing with internal customers comes easily to you, as you have always been a team player with high social skills and communication ability
MS Office – you master them all, and thanks to uni and Netflix you also express yourself very well in English, spoken and written
An independent and structured way of working rounds off your profile
