- Post-merger integration: Supporting the post-merger integration of tax advisory firms so that individual firms become a functioning group and your results are implemented directly
- Portfolio management: Managing and developing our portfolio companies, from identifying value-creation levers to tracking their implementation
- AI and technology: Developing and implementing AI and technology strategies as well as practical tools at portfolio and holding level
- Working with management: Working directly with the management teams of the firms and our holding company on strategic and operational issues
What you need
- Studies: A completed or ongoing master's degree in business, technology, or a comparable subject, or you are close to completing your bachelor's degree with very good grades
- Practical experience: Initial practical experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology, ideally with an AI focus, the start-up environment, or comparable areas
- Working style: An independent, structured approach and a willingness to continue developing; enthusiasm for and experience with AI are explicitly welcome
- Languages: Very good German and English skills
