What you'll do
Varied Tasks
- Revision, updating and harmonization of existing forms, templates and checklists
- Support in revising and structuring internal guidelines, process descriptions and work instructions
- Creation and preparation of training materials for internal processes, guidelines and organizational topics
- Maintenance and further development of our internal knowledge and quality management system, in particular updating, structuring and clear presentation of content
- Support with general organizational and administrative tasks
What you need
Basic Requirements
- Academic background: Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) with a business administration focus (BWL)
- System skills: Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Language skills: Fluent German and good English
Preferred
- Good understanding of commercial contexts
- Teamwork, resilience and flexibility
- Strong communication skills
