- Deal sourcing: Identifying and analyzing potential acquisition targets, including market, competitor, and benchmark analyses as a basis for management and investor decisions
- Due diligence: Preparing and supporting due diligence processes
- Decision papers: Preparing analyses, IC presentations, and decision papers for management and investors
- Stakeholder coordination: Coordinating internal and external stakeholders in the transaction process and working directly with our management on strategic issues
What you need
- Completed or ongoing master's degree with a business, technical, or comparable focus, or you are close to completing your bachelor's degree with very good grades
- Initial practical experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or comparable fields
- Independent and structured way of working, enthusiasm for Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to continuously develop
- Very good German and English skills
